Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Preparations :

500 g chicken breast fillets cut into lengthwise 5x1x1 cm
200 g onions, sliced ​​lengthwise
5 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons oil
1 tsp sesame oil


Seasonings, Marinade, then mix together:
75 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
 

1. Marinate meat for 30 minutes in a solution of marinade and set aside.
2. Heat oil and saute the onions briefly. Remove and set aside.
3. Reheat oil and sesame oil, saute garlic until fragrant, put the onion, saute until slightly wilted.
4. put the following chicken and the sauce. Stir well.
5. Cook until the meat cooked through and marinade is reduced. Remove and serve.
